Election Day

No matter what happens or does not happen tonight and with this election, remember that whoever is (s)elected as President does not define you and who you are or your choices and behaviors. How you elect (choose) to treat others who have different beliefs than you or who voted for a different candidate than you will be your choice and your karma and yours alone. We cannot control others or the choices they may make but we can control ourselves and how we react and respond. Your preferred Presidential candidate not being installed does not in any way prevent you from choosing to show up as your best self every day. Remember your inner light. Remember your humanity.

I hear people saying their preferred candidate will “save democracy,” or save the country or do all of these things but I would like to caution us all not to give our power away like that. Please be careful of making anyone, no matter which candidate or who, your “savior.” Nobody can save us but ourselves. Nobody can do the work for us to evolve, ascend, and learn to live as our highest self. We must all do this for ourselves. We must all have the courage to self-reflect and ask ourselves if our behavior and choices are coming from ego and fear or coming from our soul and higher self. We must have the courage to admit and be honest with ourselves when we are not acting in alignment with our higher self and then try to choose better for ourselves. This is our power. In reality, every day is an Election Day of sorts. How are you electing to show up in this world? As your higher self? Or as your ego self? I pray veils will be lifted. I pray for discernment, truth, clarity, and love for all humankind. 🤍
